Planned Disaster Recovery Exercise for eSignature Azure Canada Production
09/21/2025

Docusign will undertake a planned disaster recovery exercise on Sunday, September 21, from 3:00 AM to 5:00 AM UTC. The scope of this exercise is to perform a regional full-platform failover of eSignature Azure Canada production environment.

This exercise is not expected to cause downtime or impact eSignature services, however we are notifying customers as a precautionary measure.


Planned Maintenance for CLM Production NA, EU, US Customers
09/20/2025

Docusign will be conducting maintenance impacting all CLM sites (NA11, NA21, EU11, EU21, US11, US12, US13) on September 20, 2025.

A subset of NA11 customers may experience reports displaying absent or incomplete data with some reporting unavailable from 12:00 AM UTC to 8:00 AM UTC.

EU11 and EU21 customers may experience brief periods of service interruption from 1:00 AM UTC to 3:00 AM UTC.

NA21, US11, US12, US13 customers may experience brief periods of service interruption from 3:00 AM UTC to 5:00 AM UTC.

If you encounter any disruption, please retry your action or wait until the maintenance window has ended.

This exercise is not expected to cause downtime or impact eSignature or IAM services, however we are notifying customers as a precautionary measure.
